ANTI TWOBLOCK/LIMIT SWITCH WITH PLATE (AC15 6A/230V)

Device designed in accordance with the dictates and necessary and essential requirements required by the current MACHINERY DIRECTIVE.

The device can be supplied, as an option, equipped with a chain and a weight of approximately 5kg.

The device adopts a very simple and reliable spring mechanism, and incorporates a CE compliant microswitch with normally closed contacts, as required by European regulations: excessive lifting of the hoist causes the opening of the contact and consequent activation of the alarm function .
The system can be directly interfaced with the 3B6 load limiters; in this case the management of the alarm on the panel and the automatic blocking of the lifting are taken care of by the electronic unit.
Once properly connected, the system identifies any short circuits on the connection cable, distinguishing them from the normal function of the limit switch, informing the operator via the panel and activating any emergency.
